User Agreement

  1. For use with purchase of, or financing for, 1-4 Family RESIDENTIAL or VACANT LAND only.

    NOT for use with Commercial loan or purchase.

  2. Loan Premium includes the following endorsements, if applicable, for 1-4 Family RESIDENTIAL transactions (structure must be completed): ALTA Form 4; ALTA Form 4.1; ALTA Form 5; ALTA Form 5.1; ATA Form 6; ALTA Form 6.2; ALTA form 8.1; ALTA Form 9. Loan Premium does not include premium for other endorsements. If other endorsements are required, please call the CATIC office. There is no charge to remove the survey exception.
  3. For use with Vermont property only.
  4. Information displayed here is believed to be accurate but is not warranted. User agrees that any damage arising from an erroneous calculation is limited solely to the difference between any miscalculation and the actual calculation.
  5. This calculator should not be used where the buyer's principal residence is funded in part with a homeland grant through the Vermont Housing and Conservation Fund or for purchases or loans by VHFA or the USDA and Rural Development

If a Closing Protection Letter is requested, add a $25.00 CPL fee to the Loan Estimate in block B or C (payable to CATIC).
