This Directory is a publication of Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation (VATC) designed to provide assistance to the real estate practitioner in his/her everyday practice. The information provided - including the tax rate information - is based upon information received by VATC from Town Officials or the Vermont Tax Department, all of whom have been polled to provide current information or to confirm past information. The information should not be used for the purpose of certifying title.
