Lead Paint Disclosure and Real Estate Transactions

As you probably know by now, the Vermont Legislature recently made some changes to lead paint laws, including new disclosures - see e.g. Section 34 of Act 176.

For those of you not subscribed to the VBA real property list-serve, Tom Heilmann has forwarded a letter to the VBA relative to information he prepared for the Vermont Association of Realtors about this topic.
